International English Language Training System
The International English Language Training System, or IELTS, is the most widely used and respected assessment of English language proficiency for governments and academic institutions.
In 2018 there was a record-breaking of 3.5 million IELTS examinations taken worldwide. The course is divided into two types of modules, namely, a General Training Module which is suited to people who are applying to immigrate to Canada and the Academic Module which is suited to those applying to an academic institution.
Each course is designed to test an individual’s ability in reading, listening, writing and speaking. The final exam is not easy for any skill level and it is an expensive exercise, so it is recommended that you are as prepared as you can possibly be to pass the first time.
To receive immigration work or academic acceptance in association with the IELTS Preparation Course exams, people are generally required to achieve a band score of 5.5 in the General Training and 6.5 in the Academic path. These results vary depending on the country and the institution involved. The maximum score is 9.
Our online IELTS Preparation Course is based on content developed over ten years of delivering IELTS preparation to students. The courses offer content describing the examination, strategies for success, video lectures, and practice exercises that provide instant feedback in all sections of the exam: listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
The courses also offer the opportunity to submit writing samples that are reviewed, graded, and commented on by qualified Canadian IELTS instructors. During the courses, you will be able to ask the instructor questions about the exam or any other IELTS-related issue.
The chance to work with Canadian-based instructors on writing skill development is unique and valuable in preparing to write the exam. For more information about our IELTS preparation course, Click Here.
